About 30 years ago we were privileged enough to build what was at that time the largest dairy barn in Taylor County located on the curve of Hwy 13 south of Medford, WI. This new trend of a “freestall barn” was not real common yet. Since then, it has become the norm but in many different forms. The dairy industry is changing monthly if not daily in this technology driven society. We can only dream what the dairy industry will look like in another 30 years!
